Our Services
The Auracle is a mobile business which gives the flexibility to travel around Northeast Ohio and collaborate with local businesses. Our pop-ups can be at a small local business, vendor event, or community celebration. Most of our events offer scheduled appointments that are booked online by guests which allows them to choose their own service, guarantees they will get a photo, and allows our host or collaboration partner to better estimate the event size. We can also coordinate with the host or partner to include a set amount of time for "walk-ins" or on-site sales.
We do provide services for private events requests but before we accept, we take into consideration the photo quantity, location, and scheduling availability as we only do 4-8 events total per month. We can provide you with a general pricing estimate by email but try to work with our hosts to ensure we are creating a custom experience that best fits your event needs.

A Pop-Up Event:
A business will invite us to provide services and the host will often cover the cost of photos for their employees/staff or set amount of guests
The business is still open to the public and appts can be booked online, often during a specified time window

A Semi-Private Event:
For All Events:
We will arrive at least 1 hour before the designated photo start time to set up the camera equipment & it takes 20-30 minutes to pack up after the event. Hosts will be asked to confirm that the space we will be using for the photos is indoors with access to an electrical outlet (the camera can NOT get wet). Hosts are responsible for their guests and if any behavior is unsafe for our staff or could be damaging to the camera equipment, we reserve the right to end our services immediately.
Pop-Up Events
We love being invited to local businesses, schools, and community organizations to share aura photography. We usually offer 2-4 hours of photo time and work with the host and other collaborators to tailor our services to fit your guests, including online appointment booking and choosing which services to offer.
